🎨 March is Youth Art Month! 🖌️

🎨Art isn’t just an elective—it’s essential. Art education develops the critical thinking and divergent problem-solving skills our students need to thrive in a global society.

From the first crayon stroke to advanced digital design, our art programs help students:
Build a better quality of life through self-expression.
Develop a unique "voice" in their community.
Prepare for a future that values innovation and creativity.

Join us this month as we celebrate our young artists and the incredible educators who guide them!

Yesterday was Maintenance Worker Appreciation Day, and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that keeps KWCPS running safely and smoothly: Tony Stone, Tony Arizzi, Chris Wrenn, and Ryan Gault!
From fixing leaky pipes in the middle of winter to ensuring our classrooms are bright, warm, and ready for learning every single morning, these dedicated professionals do the heavy lifting that often goes unseen. They don't just maintain buildings; they build the foundation for our students' success.

The great reveal for this year's One Book, One School is tomorrow! Here's the final riddle:

"I spend my nights working in silence, creating masterpieces that most people simply brush away. I don't use a pen to write my messages, yet my words can turn a 'humble' life into a local legend."
