Greetings, King William County Schools Families & Staff!
Freezing rain and snow are forecast early tomorrow morning in the eastern central region of Virginia, an area that includes parts of King William County. Conditions are expected to improve by mid-morning. To be extra cautious, King William County Schools will operate once again on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Friday, January 19, to allow additional time for safe travel.
As a reminder, breakfast is not served on a 2-hour delay schedule.
Staff will continue to monitor weather and road conditions in the early morning, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate this week’s winter weather.
In addition, because of this week's weather interruptions, the Quarter 2 report card distribution will be delayed until Monday, January 22.
