From the first squeaky notes in elementary recorder class to the breathtaking performances of our high school ensembles, music is the heartbeat of our hallways. This month, we celebrate the dedicated educators who inspire our students and the young musicians who fill our schools with harmony!

From the laboratory to the library, women have consistently broken barriers and redefined what’s possible. Our goal is to ensure every girl in our hallways sees herself in the stories we teach and the leaders we celebrate.

Get ready for our Online Follett Book Fair coming soon! This spring, HHMS will be having an online book fair through Follett. It is sure to have plenty of great titles for spring and also for summer reading too! Get books for the whole family and support our school library at the same time!

Art isn’t just an elective—it’s essential. Art education develops the critical thinking and divergent problem-solving skills our students need to thrive in a global society.
From the first crayon stroke to advanced digital design, our art programs help students:
Build a better quality of life through self-expression.
Develop a unique "voice" in their community.
Prepare for a future that values innovation and creativity.

They don't just maintain buildings; they build the foundation for our students' success.

Thank you to Ms. Tierra Harvey-Candia and Ms. Michelle Bensen for your tireless dedication, your big hearts, and for always putting our students first. You make our schools stronger and our futures brighter.

Whether it’s a classic picture book, a gripping graphic novel, or a deep dive into history, today we celebrate the magic of reading and the doors it opens for every student in our district.
A huge thank you to our amazing librarians, teachers, and parents who keep the stories alive every single day!
